West Nile Virus...anyone had it???
I think I've got it.....went to the CDC website and found that i have every symptom right to the TEE......I feel like I got run over by a train or like the day after you've had an accident.
It seems from the description that I have the moderate version.....I'm thinking I'm gonna go get tested tonight or tommorrow.

I've had the symptoms since thursday.....I do believe I am on the downhill side.....There is NO cure for it...all they can do is give you something for the aches and pains and in severe cases put you in the hospital and pump you with IV fluids and hope for the best.
I have some left over Hydrocodone thats doing the trick for the pain.
I'm gonna give it one more night......my wife keeps a close eye on me when I get sick......because i usually dont get sick.
I definately appreciate the concern......believe me...If I think i'm in parrel....I'll be the first one to say uncle.

Got it! Just got back to the hotel. Long day, but well worth it. Ben kicked ass in FX, then broke the track record in Superbike. Into the 24's!!!! Shit, only 2 World Superbike guys got into the 26's !!!!!!!

I think I had it too... lymph nodes in my shoulders and under my jaw were hurting all week before last, back and arms sore.
XL, not sure what they can do about the cause, but they can do something about the symptoms - and hydrocordone is sort of swatting a mosquito with a main battle tank. But I'm with you - work comes first.
'Course my work doesn't involve me hanging out a Laguna Seca with the umbrella girls...

Well I would say get there quickly, but that would just get redundant. But I can tell you this, if you have it they can find it doing a blood test in the first 8 days you have it, after that you get to have a spinal tap. Good luck and get healthy!

West Nile is a Virus. There are Doctors giving out anti-biotics for it LMAO.
Go to a health food store and get a BIG bottle of colloidal silver it should fix ya up faster than anything you can get from a doctors Rx. I take about a 1/2 oz per day and have not been sick in 9 years. Cures puppies of Parvo too. If I thought I had West Nile Virus I would take about about 12 oz of Cooloidal silver a day for 3 days... then back down to 1/2 oz per day. It will not build up in your system and is out of your system in 4 days. We get silver in dark leafy salads and this is why salad eatters are more healthy. Colloidal Silver Is just a faster liquid form of it.

Hey thanks guys.......i went to emergi care center and got checked out.....doc sent me home with 3 pesrscriptions...full strength Zithromax (a 5 dose antibiotic) , 800MG Ibuprofen for my pain , and 3 to 5 days off of work and jury duty.
The Doc was pretty cool...he rides too....has a mint condition 1986 ZX1000-A1 all blueprinted by some German engineer frind of his.
Anyway...I explained my symptoms and my thoughts to him and he said that those symptoms could match up with any # of viruses or illnesses in todays society....He said he would be concerned if I was exhibiting some extreme symptoms...but being as how I walked in on my own power and can move all my extremities that he is not going to get overly excited....besides even if I do have it..there is NO cure....right now the only cure is time , some antibiotics, and some pain killers.
Most of the people that get it extremely bad are those that are in poor health or those that are over age 50......so be aware.
For those of you that have not read it......you should really take the time to read the INFO. on the CDC's website......eventually this West Nile Virus is going to catch up with ALL of us at sometime or another....just like the common cold.

You said it!!! Colloidal silver is amazing...My mother had a fingernail fungal infection for years..Doctors gave her all kinds of antibiotics and nothing ever worked...She went and got some colloidal silver and the fungus was gone in less than a week.
The pharmaceutical companies make more money keeping someone on a medication than they would if they had a cure all...
Vitamin B-17 also kills cancer...But did you know that it is illegal to sell raw apricot seeds (very high in vitamin b17) in the U.S. ? They make more money keeping people on chemo for 6 months with a high probability of it recurring than they would getting rid of it altogether...

FU*K Zithromax (zpak) I have been given that crap on 3 different occasions for three different illnesses and it has not worked for me once. In fact, the last time was for farengitis and I ended up in the hospital cuz it didnt do a damn thing. Ask for something else. (sorry if that seems rude but I'm still paying for those damn emergency room bills)

Zithromax will not help you unless it's all in your mind (placebo effect)...unfortunatly if you took ANY of them you HAVE to take the rest or you teach the bacteria that was not killed how to fight Zithromax and the next time you REALLY do need Zithromax it will not work.
