Yoyodyne has the ones that convert to tie-down anchors. They look a lot like those. Is that an option?

I used an pnuematic die grinder but I'm sure with a little patience a Dremel will do, albiet much slower. bovine, here is the page I ordered from. They didn't mention any conversions in the literature that was included.
