Radiators damaged! Now I'm Pissed!
Now I'm pissed!
My radiator is got the fins below the rear part of the fender area damaged (squashed fins etc) Do ya think I should worry about it? The problem happened when I went through a construction area where they had oil soaked rock chips for a hiway improvment situation?!?! Maybe 20% squashed! Piss me off or what?!?! See Pic. Should I buy a new Rad?

It may not be bad enough to cause a problem. If your temps are good dont worry about it.
If you want to do something, you have a couple choices. They make radiator combs for cars, so track one down and have at it. Or you can take it off and drain it, then take it to a radiator shop to have them try to improve it.
But my bet is you wont see anything to worry about if you just left it alone.

You can get the Combs, and Pliers from Eastwood, I did not find them useful.
I would use tweezers. I had the same condition with my zx12. Eventually it developed an overheating problem. This time I took some aluminum house screen and made a cover/protector. Attached it with cable ties, so far so good.

...you need your Ovaltine Secret Decoder Ring to understand what he said, but he basically said, "My radiator got the fins below near the rear part of the fender area damaged...."
Note to Kawasaki or coxracingroup: Please make a protective radiator screen for the '05 10R available soon....thank you.

See the current issue of Road Racing World - there is an article with pics on how to make a radiator gaurd (for those of us who didn't take the 10 minutes and spend $5 in the first place).

Its up to you to add weight to the bike.
Rubber......i think your radiator is ok...as long as its not dumping coolant all over the place. Its a little tedious but you can straighten out all those fins with a couple of small picks.
I've done it before.
