single or double

Ok, gang...here's our bikeland ZX-10RZone focus group ZX-10R design/architecture survey.

Do you prefer the single low-beam or double low beam?

I'm curious...who voted for the single lows and why? I know why I want a dbl/dbl and in my opinion, if you ride your bike predominately during daylight or mainly on the track, I guess it doesn't make a difference...but when you ride at night on the streets and bank to the left, the available light from the single left-only low-beam 'disappears'....critical when you have to dim from high because of on-coming traffic...if all we had was a single-lamp hi/lo in the middle or a two-lamp hi/lo oriented in the middle (Busa and gsxr), then at least the available light would be evenly distributed when you bank left or right...right?

...if these surveys are of any indication, perhaps Kawasaki should pay closer attention to what we desire on our bikes...I remember when XL posted a few threads HERE basically asking us what we would like...he was/is on the right track with this kind of no-nonesense thinking (although some of the replies might have indeed been nonsense but fun )...now if only Kawasaki would actually listen to him, read and apply our surveys, and if viable (design and engineering wise), produce the product that the surveys indicate is desired, then Kawasaki would kick ass even more!...hey, its not as if we in the focus group are a bunch of knuckle-draggin' morons with mono-simplistic tastes...we have a very sophisticated and talented bunch here...am I right?...or am I right?...you know I'm right...go ahead...say it..."the worm is right"...

Well...except for those that went out and bought the Yamahas.

I missed the XL thread, would it make sense to have another to go along with the polls?
