Man you are funny... Geo-Spacial is the method of aerial observation and the use of sensors to detect and identify objects from the heat generated, magnetic properties, radar signature or the use of infrared. There are a number of platforms that are used to collect this data. As far as you house or trees, you have nothing to worry about as long as you don't live in Iraq or your sir name is not Bin Laden.

I knew I'd be talking over someones head here... Geo-Spacial is the reference to medium/high Earth orbit of manned and un-manned platforms.

Tell 'em johnnyboy . Everytime I post something I get the SAME feeling . Those super stars post some really weird crap and end it by the old LOL gag . Ignorance is plentiful here .
Call me at the end of June johnnyboy . I am going on vacation for a month to Vegas . My DSN number is ( removed by admin ).
And for fish_antlers , that 318 country code is for KUWAIT .
I'd credit the "superstars" for not panic deleting every post they have made, like you do dket.

Yeah, some people's children... I am sure they could benefit from a laser guided wake-up call. Man, you are going from Hot to Damn Hot. My coworkers were in Vegas for a conference and were talking about how hot it is already. I don't think there will be a lot of day time riding going on there.

DSN (Defense Switched Network) is an autonomous system disigned to give telephonic and facilimily access to DoD, military and other government agencies along with government CENTREX as a gateway to commercial LEC and Long Distance Carrier services. The country code of 318 would not be included in civilian publications.

dket, if u think ignorence is rampant here, u better not spend any time surfing other forums (bike related or otherwise). most forums i've ever read make bikeland and it's members look like a secret world-wide thinktank. i'm proud to say that bikeland sports damn near the least ignorant membership i'v ever come across. besides, where do u come off taking a poke at someone for not knowing the term "geo-spacial"? not exactly a day to day work for most people is it? not to mention there are other uses of the word (means something largely different to me). why dont u just stop bein an ass and try to make the most out of this place?

Man, I am sure he (DKET) meant nothing serious about someone being ignorant, heck I am sure I know next to nothing about what a lot of you guys do for work either, but then again. Everyone get's cracked on around here, isn't that right DB... I'm not so serious now, it's my job that makes me like that. I'm trying really hard to be more patient with people and trying to understand things from their prospective. With all that sometimes they still manage to bug the shite out of me. I find them to be alot more fun when riding though, you see, you can't hear a word they say when their helmet is on and you are at speed. Kind of hump backed and crooked, it don't mean nothing, not a thang, not a thang.

J/B it's all in good fun. Its just that when someone comes around wielding a tongue like he knows everything (and I mean everything) its just too easy. You know the old saying, jack of all trades.....master of none.
I enjoy this site more then any other m/c site on the web for two reasons. 1) it has some of the most qualified people on it. Not just the big names like Rob Muzzy, Kerry Bryant, etc, but a whole slew of people with alot of m/c experience and knowledge (knowledge they're willing to share with all of us). And secondly for the good humor and entertainment it brings. With the world being such a dark place sometimes we just need to laugh.
This brings me to dket (who may well be a real nice guy). When someone comes along throwing out his opinions (that are way out there) and trys to back them up with credentials that are ludicrous then he (or she) makes themselves a target for #2 above (the humor side). It's all in good fun and doesn't affect the price of gas one iota. Well I better go now, I've got to study for my doctorates test I'm taking tomorrow. I just received my study at home doctors license last week in the mail and I need to hurry and finish it because I'm scheduled to perform open heart surgery next week......see ya....oh ya, if anyone needs any cheap surgeries done let me know, I need the practice.

Come on wormie, all you got to do is call up Sally Struthers and by this time next month you too could be a surgeon, an airline pilot, a rocket scientist, or better yet.......a jack of all trades and master of none. Hey worm you could even be a Colonel or General......just make that call

JB, i hear ya man. i have a very hard time putting up with stupid people myself; well, not so much stupid, as lacking work ethic or otherwise uncaring. everyone i know is sick of listening to me go on about the idiot bank employees i'v had to deal with over the past week. drives me nuts. but that's when i'm in _thier_ environment, so i dont exactly give them a break. if someone from another industry comes to MY area of expertise and is "stupid", i got no problem with that. i'm sure i'd be pretty lame if placed in their position too. took years to learn that lesson properly, and lately i feel like i'm un-learning it.
P.S. did i mention that i havent watched a movie in ages cause i never got no time? I remember them when i see a bit of a re-run on tv tho. watched part of "always" a coupel nights ago. love that movie.

Yeah, I know all to well about the war, I watch it everyday here at work, up close and personal. I also saw what happens when we don't communicate well between tanks during heated situations too. No, I wasn't laughing.
