Running Lamps?
Is there an unsophisticated and clean way to make the front running lamps operate as turn signals?

Run the signal wires into them. The bulbs can be colored too. There is some amber dipping sauce you can get. Meter the stock signals to see if they have internal resistance. Many do. Replicate that in the loop to keep flash rates stock.
