Barber Superbike Race 1
Not bad. Attack Performance ZX10R got a fair bit of airtime, including a couple sound bites with Josh Hayes. Now that he's getting healthy, he's starting to throw down some good times. Watched him, EBoz and Duhamel got at it all race long.
Other than that, was nice to see Yates wreck...twice.

Even Mladin acted civil in the pre-race interview. I have to admit though, I was rooting for Zemke at the end. He is such a nice guy it's hard not to like him.

Damned right, would have been nice to see him win! Was funny how everyone was telling Greg White to piss off and get out of their faces.

I was thinking the same thing swft, just some dumbaZZ pre race questions a high school reporter could have come up with. Was also hoping Zemke would pull it off but Maladin put the whip aZZ on him.

Zemke and Duhamel are 2 of the greatest guys in AMA racing. Great on the track and off. Much better than the others in an interview situation. Great to see ol' 17 win another one. But I would like to see Zemke get that first superbike win in the record books. I would also rather see them in Supersport than the weakly contested FX class.
Some good results for Kawasaki this weekend @ Barber. 1st and 2nd in Supersport. 2nd, 3rd and 5th in Superstock. And Hayes finished ahead of the Ducati on Sunday in Superbike. Go Team Green.

I had a chance to talk to Eboz @ Austin Ducati before the season started. He was diplomatic about his old and new rides. He said that it wasn't a fair comparison. The old ZX7 and the new ZX10 were street bikes having to be made into race bikes. His new Ducati was a pure breed race bike.
I like Eboz and I sure would like to see him back at the front of the pack. I think he is a quality guy. But, right now, I would rather see Josh Hayes up there mixing it up with the front runners.
