So you figure any three wire socket will plug into the back of the ZX-10 reflector?

justoyz, as mentioned earlier in this thread, the 10 uses H7 bulbs, which are single filament bulbs. ergo your suggestion wont work cause they only have 2 prongs. if you're suggestion fitting an h7 bulb in the housing, the base is different so it wouldnt fit wihtout some serious modification sto the bulb or housing. even then, not sure that h7 and h4 have the same positioning or style of filaments, so it would prolly not work out particularly wel. pelase read the other thread i linked too. plenty of info there.
