Dyno'd my stock exhaust can mod
Dyno'd my stock exhaust can mod
I put it on the dyno last night . I picked up 2HP on the low end , 2.8HP in the mid and 4.1 on the top end . This is with NO Power Commander or fuel management of any kind .
The air fuel ratio was around 13.3-13.8 all the way through the run . I am even getting beter fuel mileage now and more HP . Oh and the cost for the exhaust can mod , FREE !!!

Ok you got me SWFT . I guess this board is a lot more open than other boards . I have been banned from a few for joking . This is great news to me . I like a joke like the next guy does . So we still on for dinner tonight ?

dket, my "dyno requirements", whihc is just a request not a requirement anyway (pet peeve), wouldnt apply to hp difference anyway, just actual HP numbers. as u know, swft was just raggin on ya (we do that alot around here).
i am curious tho, what 2 dyno runs did u compare? i'm assuming they were immediate before and after runs, not using a run from a week before or something as that woudl make the numbers meaningless. mind u, the numbers do sound around what i'd expect.

Please check out my post about the stock exhaust can mod . Follow that with the dyno run of the stock can .
As per some pet peeves , dyno run was on a different day , different tank of gas , same fat ass rider (me) and a large grin from the free mod .
