I would like to expand my horizon and buy something other than Muzzy or Akra, considering there are about 50 exhaust builders out there.

It seems like no one has any experience with one so go and buy one and let us know what you think. Oh yea, post some pics, maybe even a dyno chart or two

I wouldn't buy a Devil, my friend had one and hated it. I almost for sure going to go with the Jardine. I as well wanted something that not everybody was going to have on his/her bike. That and KB talked me into it. LOL

I want a pipe with a large diameter outlet, I can't stand some of those wimpy hole cans.

DB - Excellent suggestion.
1bad7 - God Bless you my son.
z1kidd - The Jardine is huge and extremely masculine to meet your needs. A man's man exhaust if you will. - 2.25" outlet tip, core, S-bend. No "wimpy hole cans" here.

I had a Devil SB2 high mount exhaust on my R1, I liked it...it had a good sound (louder than a Akra and deeper than a broke in muzzy), the build quality was very nice along with all the bends. I will be putting a high mount SB2 on my bike (zx10r Black of course) when i get it.

I want the SB2 also, or even the Shotgun double outlet. It looks real nice.

Kidd -

Buy what you like, but if you ask for advice, listen a little.

Jardine is a proven manufacturer with a proven product. Muzzy is as well, as are Akro, and others. No one here is likely to have heard of or had a bad experience with these manuf. Some will try newer pipes, or those without hearsay support from this forum's members, such as Arata or even Devil.

Me - I kinda like a little-regarded pipe manufacturer from Japan. Their product is growing on me... granted it might not make the power some do, but it's got a nice note and is very streetable. I think I'll keep it until I'm serious about trackdays. Their name? Oh, it's Kawasaki...

KZ, you're right. For a stock pipe the 10r sounds really good
