i seem to remember predicting that given the numbers this bike was supposed to put out, it would be so tuned form the factory that the aftermarket wouldnt be able to do all that much to increase HP. boy was i ever wrong!!

So the numbers on the graph there are ashamedly much like my 12's - question is this : will 15ft/lbs torque and the extra 100 pounds mean this will be a close to even drag race?
Assuming the 10 would keep it's nose down.

My bad - $577.00 slip-on, $1200.00 for the Ti/Ti system.
So is the system complete (head to muffler) or from behind the SET(?) valve?

Those are incredible numbers for just a slip on or a stock 1litre. Thats about 10 less than my bored, cammed etc 1k. The ZX- 10 running in the 1000ss at Gainesville looked to have a full system and the times in good air on Sunday it didn't seem like it had anywhere near that much hp. I will wait to see what the local dyno's show, but kudos to ya regardless.

The MUZZY Ti System is a full system exhaust port to muffler end. The Ti Tapered Slip On is exhaust valve to muffler tip.
NOTE!!! The ZX-10 that Chip Ellis rode at Gainesville was a pre-production unit, They rarely perform as good as the production bikes.

Thanks for a quick answer.
Slip on price seems really reasonable (for including the S-bend too).
How much more HP with the full system and how does the power curve change for full vs slip on pipes?

Wow, I think most folks are under the impression that pre-production bikes perform better due to non epa friendly ECU's and hand selected parts and builds. That seems to be the popular beleif anyway. Interesting.
Great results with just a slip-on....no...Amazing results!!
I'd also like to add that I think its great that Muzzy is now willing to release dyno charts as opposed to a while back.

Was there any other tweaks such as cam timing, ignition advance,or was that a bike off the floor with just a slip on and power commander. If that is the case, WOW!

That bike was a pilot-production bike (a low serial number, before bikes were released to dealers, but should be identical to the ones shipped to the dealers). We have no reason to believe that there any differences between this bike and those in showrooms.
