Cool...I am pretty sure I'll be going with you guys...went with a different brand for my 6 and let's just say I wasn't impressed  Had a Muzzy (full) on my 7R that I still miss...

Not a fair comparision. Because I can't say anything bad about Rob! Tonal quality is going to be close. Power increases are subjective per individual bike tested, on a given day, on a given dyno. You obviously can't go wrong with either one.

Wow, that's just awesome!!! I was looking at getting a Muzzy slip-on before I even saw this post. Now that I've seen this, you've cemented my decision.

Rob & Kerry, with all the bikes that I've put pipes on I've never used a Muzzy or a Jardine. With the professionalism you both show I'm really impressed by both. I know that my new 10r will either have one or the other. Kerry, I know you're on this board alot more (then Rob) but since I've been here (about 6 months now) I have noticed one thing about you. You never seem to diss the competition, even when the chance seems to be there. That's something you (and Jardine) should be proud of. Keep up the good work (and don't let you're papa head smurf swell up)

and DB... our contact at DJ has been a little too quiet as of late... I'm not sure if that powercommander exists er not.. I'll check in for you and see what I can or "cannot" report

Thanx for the kind words. I have a lot of respect for Rob & Doug, as well as alot of other people in the industry. It's a good place to be a part of.
As far as the Dyno graph goes, unless I missed something, I have no idea what it actually means??? There is no data listed to comment on. Need more info before commenting. Bike, exhaust, PC3, dyno model (150/200, 250), etc. Swft - whatz up?

Hey, it ain't my chart!
The chart is from the Muzzys website, and the figures are listed in STD horsepower. As always, your mileage may vary... Kerry, would it make a lot of sense to put a powercommander on a bike with only slipons?

2004 ZX-10 with 1100 miles
Red - All Stock, Premium pump fuel
Blue - Muzzy Slip-on, Power Commander - PCIIIr USB, Premium pump fuel

swft - it could. Especially if you use something like a tapered core or S-Bend where it kinda gives the exhaust a little bit of a megaphone affect. The initial bike we tested on "sniffed" within acceptable specs. But honestly, the gains we got were expected with the bike we tested. If Rob says those are the gains, then those are the gains; and man that's impressive. Though I really would expect no less from Muzzy.
We'll be putting our initial prototypes to task when I get a production bike. Which now that they are available, maybe I can get my own!!!!!!

Thanks for the info Kerry. I'm still waffling about even doing anything to the exhaust. I remember when I first started racing my SV650. I fixed the suspension and did the clipons, rearsets and of course sharkskinz before doing the exhaust. Everyone was telling me 'yah, the bike looks great when you go by, but damn, is that fucker electric? We can't hear it running!'  Definately not going to be the case with the stock exhaust on the 10R, methinks... So the holy grail for me would be weight reduction. And like the stock exhaust on my Z06 Corvette, I'd have to see a real weight savings before replacing it.

PCIIIUSB Note!! These numbers are almost beyond imagination we are going to run a second bike next week and will let you know the outcome. FYI we saw an improvement with the Powercomander even on the stock bike.
