What is everyone doing to their 10?

Just wondering what all you people are going to do to your 10 immediatly? IE: pipe, power commander, sprokets, wheels, brakes, etc.
And what brands of aftermarket products?

EDITED AFTER RIDING ONE

ITEMS TO SCRATCH OFF THE LIST FOR NOW
Pipe - likely a Muzzy slip on (OEM sounds great and performs well)
Damper - depends on what's available (not necessary)
Braided brake line - at least up front (MORE braking power? WHY?)
PCIIIR - if necessary (not necessary)
ZG windscreen - a "maybe"

THINGS THAT ARE STILL A POSSIBILITY

Frame Sliders - ones that are both reasonably located and with a strong enough mount to be effective
Euro signals - a must

A decent slip-on
PC if needed to fill in the dips around 3-5000
Steering damper
Euro
rising-rate throttle pulley and stiffer return springs

shortly to be followed by the next set of tires...

damn Rob, i was thinking more along the lines of LOWERing those already high pegs, not settin them back MORE. u crazy guy u!

assuming i got one, i'd prolyl get a taller windscreen first, then try to make a little mroe legroom and maybe bring the bars a little closer and higher (if possible and requried). thing is already so powerful and, judging by what i'v heard, loud, that i dont feel the need to work on that. of course, i'd prolly change my mind in a year once i would be used to the bike

Hmm.... Got to be carefull about this one.... Slip-On at most (agree with swft that it sounds great stock). Latest Bridgestones after the Dunlops wear out. Another set of wheels so I can keep slicks mounted for track days. A Muzzy steering Dampner for the track (no way needed for the street). Dial in the stock suspension with clicks, sag set. Jardine Supersport Fender Eliminator. That's it for now.

I bet though with a full $2500.00 Ackro and Powercommander it's gotta make another 15 or so ponies judging by what I got from my 12R and be a little lighter no?!?!??!

...rear fender/lic.plate bracket eliminator...remove rear passenger pegs...rear seat cowl...Euro turnsigs...steering dampner...stock exhaust sound and stock power good enough for me...oh yeah, and take in at least a couple of track days this year (hopefully) so I can get my pre-crash mojo back

Redelk -

The power delivery on the production bike was smooth? The throttle not-oversensitive as hinted by the various writeups of the Homestead bikes?

If so, I'll scratch my throttle-pulley and return springs off the list...

Power delivery was very linear. Not anywhere near as sensitive as my 12 was.
