I saw a trac arm on Marty Ladwigs 60" bike in Vegas . . .

It looked like a real nice swing arm,
he left with that arm too !

i have a 10" Trac, and the install wasn't bad but I seem to remember having to fiddle with spacers and bearings a bit; yanked em from the stock arm, and combined em with what came from TracD. There are no zerks on my arm so I just gobbed the grease in there.

Entropy...Did the arm come with the pivot spacer? Not sure im explaining it right but where the swing arm pivots in the fram the stock arm had a spacer/rod inside the arm. The are I have there is nothing inside the pivot point execpt bearings. I tried installing the one from my stock arm but its bigger than the trac arm. or inside diameter of the pivot on the trac arm is smaller than stock. What do I need to do? Thanks...Chris

Seems like I used bearings out of my OEM arm, and they were the right diameter, and there were enough of them to act as the inside spacer. I don't remember exactly how i set it up, but I do remember being satisfied that the pivot points were solid. I might have used bearings from where the dog bones fit onto the OEM arm???

I wish I could remember more specifics. I do remember it was not easy to get the arm into the frame because the spacers made for a very tight fit.
