60" without the bar, at over 3,000 feet elevation, it only went 10.40.
But at sea level with a bar & a slick, I've been 9.4 @ 145 mph.
For Pro E/T, I couldn't keep the front end down !

Ah, cool, that thing runs well. Got a 1255cc in it or 1109? I had a 98 ZX11 with just K&N, muzzy, ignition advancer and dyno tuned to 138hp. The bike was stock length and height, I had to short shift the 1-2 on every pass and it went a best of 10.40@135.xx That old thing ran well for no more then what I had in it. If it had a couple inches on it I bet it would have gone some LOW 10s. BADZXELEVEN has just that. Its got 180hp and eats busas up. Hes got 6" in it also. I will let him reveal the ets if he wants. Sucker runs though

Alan, It's a stock bore, it's just lightened up some...
How did BADZX get that much horsepower out of an 11 ?
Is that Superbike Mike Big Block the way to go ?
Or can the stock block be bored out big ?
I'm under powered for 60".

Hey Aris, are you going to race in Sacramento August 2, 2003 ?
I plan on being up there to race with www.NMRAonline.com
It's a long tow from the south, Sacto is great !
I'm sure that we'll have more bikes there.
Then we can watch Karen on Sunday !
Pro Stock Bikes are at Sonoma.

Red,
So far it's on the schedule. Actually, it's gonna be a great weekend. Planning on Sears on Friday, Sac on Saturday, and then back to Sears on Sunday for the finals. Just about everyone I know is doing this too. It should be a good turnout for the NMRA race.

I'm bringin' my Busa...
Perhaps we can ride over to Sonoma on Sunday ?
I'm not sure if Karen Stoffer will make it after the mile high show...
From what I heard, they hurt 2 motors up there & might not have another.

We start the new season on Saturday March 20, 2004
at www.LACR.net (Los Angeles County Raceway) in Palmdale, CA.
It doesn't look like you'll make it out for the World Finals.
Also at L.A. County Raceway, November 15, 2003.

Of course I fixed the tail.I also chromed the frame, swingarm, and every nut & bolt on the bike. A guy that lives in Michigan bought the bike. I'm considering buying a new bike, but can't find one that fits my needs.

Damon I hate to say it over here in the dragbikezone,
but you might want to wait until the ZX10 comes out...
It might be the 60" class killer, that or the new R1 ?
When they do come out everyone will be unloading their old stuff ! ! !
Just some food for thought ?

Great picture, Bergie! But, we can't let you officially join TFA until you gain 5 more lbs. It just wouldn't be fair to the rest of us who are working so hard to maintain our TFA memberships.
By the way, did you just get some new leathers?

No new leathers, just had a zipper installed so my regular Kawasaki riding jacket attached to my old leather pants, looks a little cooler than the too-large-for-me Joe Rocket jacket I had been using since the wipeout ruined my Dainese suit. I have new custom Bates leathers on order for next season.

That was when you had first started out dragbike racing . . .

And now look at what you are becoming ! ! !
