GREAT SUPPORT FROM COMPETITION CNC

I wanna thank Jim Gilnack for all his support with my bikes ths year especially my RST ZX14 which Jim built the motor with his new big valve Head/cam pkg.
Jim has been the driving force behind myBrock's Performance Super Sport ZX14 that I set the record with and won the championship in 09. That motor made 203 to the rear wheel with his SS pkg head.
He also help me set the landspeed records on my 2011 ZX10 this summer at 206. This year I had some gremlins in the electrical system that held me back a little in Real street but that bike went 7.87 at 185 this past weekend at the MIROCK finals.

His personal 14 made more power than any other ZX14 I,ve ever heard about at 260 plus HP on a stingy Dyno. Great Job sir!!

Just wanna say thanks Jim and good luck with your new shop!

Thanks Rickey. And thanks for the kind words everyone.

Thanks to Rickey for giving us the opportunity to get one of our CNC ported heads your engine for testing for the end of the 2010 season.
After the dyno test and the track testing we made you a believer in our product !! Thanks

After Rickeys painful 2010 season with 3 spun rod bearings in 12 passes and then ending in a wrist pin failure and a crash in Rockingham, I offered to have Competition CNC build his Real Street engine for the 2011 season.
I knew one of our blue printed engines should last a full season even with the huge nitrous shot it gets. And the 1534 stroker 2x5 engine went the full season without any mechanical issues. Just one partial tear down mid season just to inspect everything and it got a clean bill of health and went back together to finish the season unchanged.
Rickey did a great job as usual this season fighting the electrical gremlins which made the bike hard to get off the line. But once the electrical bugs were worked out the bike was flying.

Thanks again Rickey.
Were looking forward to next season now !!!

Thanks.

We are primarily a full race engine machine shop. Primarily high end V8 race engines for many forms of racing. My passion for motorcycles and motorcycle racing
and the influx of customers wanting us to build race motorcycle engines made me decide to offer full blue printed racing motorcycle engines as well. We had been doing our own in house for years but never went after that market before.

Over the last few years we have had many, many customers that want us to R&R the engine and do turn key drive in drive out.
We just dont have the room in the engine shop even thou its 5000 square feet, its packed full of all the machines needed to blueprint engines and of course the engines so space is at a premium. V8 engines on engine stands take up a lot of room and disassembled engines take up even more.

So we are opening up an additional facility on the other side of town so we can offer turn key dyno tuned motorcycle engine packages.
The engines will still go over to the machine shop for all the machining etc. but the final assembly and engine R&R will be done at the new facility to free up space in the engine shop.

Were working on an all new website to go with the new services and facility that will have all of our CNC ported head and cam packages, as well as the bored throttle bodies, engine packages etc.

Fish,

I'll be there
It would be cool to finally meet you... after 10+ years.

Ike & Joneseys it is, I'll buy. Rickey's a cheep date, no beer for him.

RR, no problem, glad the head repairs worked out. There's not too much we can't fix \\

As far as NHRA Prostock? Well the rules are written to keep the Vtwins on top. Until the rules are changed to level the playing field it will be the same old, same old.
More real motorcycle drag racers care way more about the MiRock racing than NHRA.
The truth is that if the NHRA prostock class didn't have the coat tails of the Top Fuel, Funny car, and Pro Stock car class to ride on, it would have been dead and gone years ago. Its just such a fixed rigged mess right now. All politics. And that's all I'm going to say on that.

I Think the rules should be that you have to run the production castings. The factory cases, cylinders, and head castings and maybe even frame. Then you would see things change and become interesting.
