Have you thought about spraying wet?
You could also try bigger injectors but sometimes they don't run well down low without a fuel pressure regulator.
How much are you spraying?

on the Y2K you can mount an aftermarket FPR, jack the pressure up to 60psi, that'll help alot.
I ran that set up on my 1427 w/430 injectors.

That's a big motor that can easily use the larger injectors. Contact Jim Gilnack at Competition CNC and he set you up with some very good 430cc units that will also work well at low rpm.
You can keep your internal Muzzy pump, but I would switch to an adjustable regulator so that you can tailor the setup for your application. You didn't mention how/if you were adding fuel to compensate for the nitrous. Are you changing maps when you press the nitrous button? Do you run a really rich map while off-spray?
As to whether that will be enough fuel, it really depends on the power output while on spray. If you are currently running stock injectors, I would say that there is a good chance that you would have enough fuel by using the combination of an adjustable regulator and the 430cc injectors mentioned above.
However, as also stated above, you might want to consider a wet system.

whats your map look like and are you sure you arent just running out of injector?

Yep like they said above, either go wet or pump the fuel pressure. Going wet would eliminate a rich N/A map if you are not able to switch maps.

was just thinking about dads setup, and I know your pump is not the weak link, it must be the injector size or the mapping
2000 stock pump, stock fuel pressure, stock injectors, 1287cc 12.8:1 CR, head clean up job by me, stock cams, K&Ns, Muzzy SW
50 hp direct port dry shot. i think theres 25s in the upper range on the map. 91 octane pump gas
made a 250 pounder go 161mph, and was running out of gear just before the traps. pretty good air that day, i think his best mph on motor was 147. usually in the 144-5 range in the heat of summer

I found that on my 1287, with stock fuel pressure, that I was exceeding 90% duty cycle by 3rd gear, with +19 in the PC cell. This was on pump gas with around 12.9 afr. My bike, at least, tends to require more fuel as the speeds rise.
That is why I was unable to fully test it's top end last year. I never increased the fuel pressure. Mine is an 02.
