countershaft spin...
Hey guys need to know if I need to open the cases back up.....when I turn the countershaft on the transmission there is resistance, is that normal. Also when I put the transmission in neutral the input shaft spins freely, but the countershaft doesn't spin as freely.
Also noticed that transmission rod, that the countershaft is attached is spinning inside the oil seal, did it always do that? or do I need to open the cases again.
Thanks for help

I had the oil seal cocked......It must have gotten cocked, due to me not removing it when I put the cases together, I should have put the cases together then press the oil seal in.
Lesson learned
