fogger placement

Im redoing my wet system. its currently set up similar to the Muzzy stealth kit, only less parts are actually in the air box. its sprays into the velocity stacks at the back.

should I move them to the head or intake boots? Ill be using all SS hard lines

i guess you have to think about making everything from there on down real cold (-100F)
i know the more powerfull systems on cars are just infront of the valve on the intake. but i also know people with the plate systems running two plates. just decide if anything bad will happen with all that going through the throttle shaft area. maybe stick the throttle. aluminum shrinks and expandes a lot compaired to steel.

It works real well with them where you have them. But, when the Muz system was designed, we did it that way so it was not visible, not for any performance considerations. I don't think i makes a detectable difference on a bike engine since the inlet tract is so short.

Ive been told by another guy it shouldnt make a diif because the intake is so short. I guess im getting at if it will make anything funky happen with the throttle plates like 2000RR brought up. I havent sprayed for more than 1/4 mile so far, and Im really hoping thats going to change...

Here are 2 test videos for long spray durations. Seeing if the throttle blades would freeze open.

i dont know if it would be easier or harder at the head.

Make sure u cover the velocity stacks. Would suck if you dropped a jet into the intake port.
