Yeah, it is like the "fruits of my labor" paying off.
Now I am sitting on an unopened jug of MR9 for the winter...hope it keeps.

The bike would have gained 2-3 mph had I put some MR9 in it. The bike was running out of gas near 4 pm, and I put some old MR9 in...and it lost mph. Either the fuel was stale, or it ran lean, or someone didn't twist the grip enough.

I dont know why racers out there dont jump all over Jason Miller's StreetBike Seminars & motorcycle track days???
Depending on your skill level you can add anywhere from 3/10ths. to a 10th off your ET's just by attending !!!
Thats excellent bang for your buck !!!

shane i think the R! sleave or R6 throttle sleave has a real round cable area and would make it less than or close to 1/4 turn. if you are intrested let me know and i will find out exactly which bikes sleave to use. then she will get er WFO pronto..

Rachael was kickin ass on her 14...I asked her about her Gix1000, she says what 1000???...lol
I was happy with my 9.31 @ 151 on Rosa but then the clutch started fading...
Rick, you are flying on that bike! Amazing that Racheal was able to put 7 mph on that, honestly...

ship i do not know if i would do that to a 250.
who is liable if you grab too much throttle too quick and that 250 rips your head off?
i may try it on my 12 but since i am spotting those zx14s 150cc or so i should be able to get away with it.

It was nice to finally meet some other members as well. I drove 500 miles, spent a pile
of money on gas and the seminar fee..
Was it worth it?...........
HELL YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I finally got into the 8's.
I ran an 8.820 @ 161.05

Icarus, everytime I saw you make a pass it was an 8.9 sumthin...I did see that 8.82 and I saw only one 9.0 pass...
How did you like Jason's track prep?...I saw you lining up in different spots and getting traction!!!
Yeah Shane...The throttle body mod made a big difference and so does Racheal's 150lb. weight

CrotchRocket, like I said, it was worth the trip. I think if I could have got my clutch hand
to get with the program I would have been in the 8.70's.
By the way, the guys on the 14 forum are crying foul on my speed, so help me out if you
can. Apparently I lack credibility. :-)

I think you could have got some more mph if you fattened it up a bit, Dennis.
