Trying to get the 250 ready but I got a ton to do and its 11th hour. I already took the day off on Saturday so I'll be getting there late Friday night.
12 staying home.
So its either me with the 250 or just coming out to check out the action.

ALI!!!! man!!! i wasn't sure if you were coming.. i am going to TRY very hard to get out to maxton on saturday.
anyone who wants to come over afterwards for a bit to my place is more than welcome to do so. i have a fuckin SHIT TON of tools and my TIG welder for anyone who breaks stuff at maxton. i will fix you up.. i am in wilmington, less than 2 hours east of maxton..
basically, jump on 74 East and stay on it til you end up at the ocean.
if for some reason i can't make it, i wish all of you the very best!! be safe!

ya. i still have probably 30Cu.Ft of argon and a few feet of 4043 rod for aluminum, and a ton of ER70S for steel, and some 308 and 309 rod.. in case something snaps for someone..
again.. hopefully i will be able to make it.

Wow, 250 shootout! Eric and Jarl, Ali and the Millhollands, I'm psyched  Bring the BIG bottle
I'll be bringing the NA ZX10, with the predicted weather it should run nicely. If all goes well, I hope to spray my way into a fuel record, though my history with spray at Maxton is poor, to put it mildly. Maybe Nick's spraybar will keep things together. Also the Guthrie Busa will be trying out a stock swingarm, running naked.
Looking forward to seeing everybody, drive safe.

Yeah should be a blast any way you slice it. Eric is putting down some huge numbers and he ain't tiny. And we may just see The Milllhollands run nitrous speeds ... on motor! Just wish I had the 250 ready but in the shop customer bikes get priority so mine's been getting bumped back....earlier this week we squeezed mine into the schedule so I'd like to spray it if it gets setup properly but if not then its n/a stock motor passes, which is still fine just to see if I picked up a couple since the last outing. We'll have to do a group photo of all the 250 & owners/riders lined up either Sat or Sun!

Yeah for sure. Talked an older fella into coming to Maxton to spectate...he's got a 1270 ZX12 but he's just spectating, next season he'll be running....so if you see a guy with white hair who keeps asking you to repeat what you said (his hearing ain't so good) his name is Gerald/Jerry.
Got the 250 lowered, waiting on nitrous shit to come in tomorrow and throw it on the dyno. If it survives it'll be Maxton bound, otherwise I'll roll solo.
Fuel pump for the spray tested ok. Need to regear it.

when is everything over, and when is everyone leaving. i MAY have to work saturday.. if so, i am not sure i can get out any earlier than 6pm.. but i may be able to..
i wanna get to meet up with you whores if at all possible. worst case, it may be late saturday or sunday if people are still there.
also, is the a fee at the gate to get in, or does my TFA towel get me in for free?

We had some favorable wind at times yesterday (nothing extreme), but I believe he ran 204.3 this morning, with no significant wind at all. The bike has an Adams head on it.
