chatter when you slip out the clutch from a stop?

It was warped plates that caused mine man....take all the steels out and stack them up side by side...you should be able to see the warped ones (I could at least)

Did you remove the little spring plate at the front of the clutch pack?

I agree, something wrong with one or more of the steels.

Stack them up like slow-poke says and it should be apparent which one (or ones) are slightly warped.

If they look fine, maybe they are just glazed. Scuff them up, then clean thoroughly and re-install.

Too much oil won't cause you any chatter, unless your oil is like water, then, maybe.

Did you soak the fibers in oil? Thats the one thing I didnt do (I just coated them in oil prior to installation instead of soaking overnight) The steels didnt even stand a chance...warped within 10 miles of use.
