Oil return line ZX12
Here is a ZX12 with extra oil return from the head to the oilpan:

I like the Idea but not the Location! Under Accel or Wheelies, the Oil is at the "Back" of the head but the Oil return holes are all at the front of the head. I would want an Extra Oil Return Line in the Middle to Left Side of the Head in the Rear of the Head. I would also want a little bit Larger Return line like 3/4 inch! This does give me an Idea to at least mount a line at the Back of the head on the Left Side. It should not be under a lot of Pressure either. Thanks for Posting this Pic I gave me Ideas!

You are welcome! I think you are right about mounting the return line in the rear of the head instead. I think I will do that when I put my motor together again.

You and ME! This helps me because My Idea was to run a drain between the head and the Case. I did not want to put a Hole in the case, but running a Hose even from the Left Side Rear of the head makes sense. WHen I have everything put together (Assembled not Completed) I can then see what the Possibilities are Great Posting!

Thanks! After looking at my head I can see that the most obvious place to make a hole for the return hose is in the left side as it is in the picture of the bike from Sweden, but I think it is possible as you suggest to make the hole in the rear left corner of the head, just above the head bolt. I think this would be a better place. I can´t find a place for the oil return in the rear side of the head.
