On-line practice tree

I found this today:

http://www.staginglight.com/services/holeshot/

Now I understand why everyone keeps telling me that deepstaging will help my reaction times. On the track, I could never get my RT's below the 0.700's. I know it's not close to the real thing, but when I set the game up with a 0.200 sec rollout, I was getting consistent sub 0.410 RT's on a 0.400 tree.

Can one of you experienced folk try it out and let me know how realistic it is? What is a more realistic 'rollout' number to use for a zx-12?

I set my roll out around.180 most of the time, but I change it and practice also, just because every track is diffrent! the roll out is diffrent a lot of the times. If you get good at the practice tree, and change your roll out around you will be able to adjust very well to diffrent tracks.
