I agree I don't think it is a fuel issue with the pc3r I think it is a timing issue and I have heard it from a couple people now.
How is shnitz's efir box working that might be an option too.

I love it (other than the issue today..but that was my fault for not soldering it..not the box's)
Really does work well....Id recommend it!

I think berg has one too...although I dont think his lazy ass has gotten around to install it.
Ill give you one tip...dont even bother replacing those gay ass connectors...just splice the timing sensor wire
