Canadian Streetbike Shootout

Thought this might be of interest.

The word is out, and it's official - the first ever HEADS-UP Fastest
Streetbike Shootout in Canada is coming to Grand Bend Motorplex, July 11-13,
2003!

The CANADIAN FASTEST STREETBIKE SHOOTOUT will showcase INSANE street legal
motorcycles going head-to-head for all the glory! See the WILDEST
streetbikes on earth as volatile 7-second machines clash with 8 and 9-second
rides....it's anyone's game! Rules are simple - maximum 68" wheelbase, DOT
tires, and no wheelie bars. No rules on motor size - run what ya brung,
hope ya brung enough!

With a guaranteed minimum $1000 to win, the action will be FURIOUS as racers
from near and far battle to see who's got the FASTEST STREETBIKE around!
Lots of CA$H, prizes and bonuses are available to be won, so there's
something for everyone! The Shootout is being held in conjunction with the
Canadian Fastest Streetcar Shootout presented by RPM Classifieds, so you
know it's gonna be HUGE!

Racers, manufacturers, dealers, fans...you too can be part of the most
exciting thing to hit the Ontario dragbike scene in years! To be a part of
this revolutionary event, contact class director Graeme Jones at
gofastmedia@hotmail.com, or event director Chris Biro at

Hey Cowboy.... I don't have an excuse for something I know nothing about. If there is something going on post it. And at the moment I can travel to CAnada without any problems. I do have a slight problem on my return. They won't let me back in the country because I don't have a Social Security card! Lost it 38 years ago and because of 9/11 I now find myself catching shit because I never replaced it. But I will have that taken care of shortly.

Some notice is appreciated. Road Racing and Moto-Cross come first.

Keep your pants on,I was just trying to get a rise out of ya.I know you and SWFT are cornering type of guys and i haven't given you the info before.Do you know a Brandan with a NOS R1?He said Mike installed the kit for him and i would guess he probably did a couple dyno runs with you guys.He usually brings some buddies up to Mission for alot of the Frday night streetlegals which seem to really draw a crowd. If your interested you can check out www.missionraceway.com or the all bike series that we run up here is www.cmdra.com .The schedual for the all bike series is already up but the Mission raceway schedual is not finished yet.If you worked it out right you could bring your dirt bike also and dragrace the Friday night, dragrace Sat/Sun.,roadrace Mon. and then dirtbike Tuesday.
P.S.I don't recomend the roadrace course(not safe).

Sounds fun Cowboy. Yeak we know Brandan. When we dyno'd his R1 with NOS I sat shotgun on it with Mike Velasco because it just wanted to spin the rear tire! Brandan and his buddies are pretty nice guys. He is definitely a nice kid. Some of his buddies are kind of crazy. They show up without gloves freezing to death etc.

I'll check the website.
