Dan, wouldn't worry about it too much. I have mine vented to a clear catch bottle, and it is getting condensation as well.
It's cold out, and I think the bottle is collecting the moisture and the cold temps are causing it to condense. I also think that a little more crankcase venting might be expected with the larger engine?
All of the bikes we have seem to do it to different (and some even large) degrees, but you would never know it if you weren't watching it (most of them vent back to the airbox anyway). Of course, we are not there to see how much you're talking about...and the word "excessive" means different things to different people.
Perhaps this is enough opinion/information that some other folks will come along to correct me.

testing nitrous once this summer on a "closed course" between races i had a lot of blow by. i have the tube/hose extended up into the tail with a couple rags incase any oil came out(i indended to get a catch can but never got around to it). anyway after the n2o run there was smoke or steam coming out around the rear seat. AFR log was fine(kinda rich) and i ran the bike the rest of the season and it picked up mph as the season went on. second season on the rings/pistons...
