honey, let's get a smaller house with a bigger garage...
50% smaller house, 50% bigger garage.
The math works for me!!!

Yep, 30 days to build one & 30 years to pay for it!!!
We have a small house with an attached garage but I built a 28x44 for the toys & shop, best money I ever spent.
Post some pictures when you've finished it Karl.

After Mojave, swing down to san diego and I may just let you take her :P. When you're done with it you can just take a little trip to ne texas to do some drag racing and drop it off with my dad. BTW, if you decide to paint it lime green and black to match the old 12 it would be perfectly fine lol.

Good to See Mr Hill grace us with his presence!
I was wondering about you.... Hope you had a great Christmas
Karl ... How about some steel above the joist ..... For a hoist?
A hose reel would be nice .... And a retractable extension
cord reel ..... Just a thought
to bad Scott isn't closer.... He'd be handy with the modded garage

And put up plenty of lights! Our eyes ain't getting any younger Karl.
I finished my shop before I retired over 4 years years ago, when we're home this is where you'll find me.
You won't need a large "joist", I got a Harbor Freight rated at 440 pounds single line and 880 double line. For bikes it's ideal and it sure don't cost much.
