question for Karl about connectors

and others may chime in.Seeing how Karl has done his engine 10 times so far this year and who knows how many other previous times, how well have the wire connectors been holding up ?Have you had problems with any of them?

On a side note,I just replaced the connectors on the alternator and what a difference in how smooth the motor is now. Also added fuel to the low side on the pc111 and it starts up now even after being ridden on 12dcv.

hey Pete,
no problems with my connectors.

I removed my alternator plug 5? years ago, soldered the wires. When the motor comes out, i just pull the alt cover/stator off and put it to the side.

Good that yr bike is smoother now, I assume it is charging correctly? Like 13.9-14.1V??
