Ruh roh... looks like I'm in for it.... 
Last Wed TNT the two other guys I wanted to check with (John Upthegrove & Jay Merrilees) were on there way to the Bracket Finals in Montgomery. I'll get with them this week and see if they are interested in having a little shindig or some such. I'm happy to do it, but these guys have big houses and wives and such- might be better.

Dosent look like we will have very good luck, but Scooter told me if we had 3-4 people show up on Wend some time, he will be there and try and lay out some space for us, But, he said it is hard enough to save space for the Pro's let alone the rest of the sportsman. I will not be in untill, thursday sometime, so those people would have to rope-off a section between their trailers, and Keep other people out of it all day on Thursday! so if we have 3-4 people that can do that! then we are in. so can anybody do that??

I will be there for sure and I think Dean is going to wed TNT, Vincent is coming and Harry hopefully with trailers I think Bergie is being forced to come by the rest of us hehe. I should be down there tues afternoon so maybe I can hook up with Dean and see if we can get this area for us sportsman, I thought we were all pro's. Considering the amount of money we pay to get there registar, TNT, upgrade our bikes, hotel damn he better call us pro sportsman at least hahahahahaha.

do we have to leave the trailers there? Ill drive down wed night to "be counted" if thats what it takes...but im not all that keen on leavin my bike/gear/trailer there till the weekend.

I think we have to occupy space on the weds night if possible I think they have security and there are ususally a lot of people staying there overnight in the pit area I had all my stuff there last few times an\d the camper beside me kept an eye on everything security also patrolling the grounds.

Well...I just wont be able to stay with the stuff....but Id drive down that night and park in a spot to get roped off..then leave after the TNT that night to come back sat or somethin

I will call Scooter at Pro-star and let him know, King I will tell him that you will be looking for him and he will help out with setting up an area, if you have the 4 trailers and some rope. you can box off an entire area for all of us! I am going to try and get my bike out of the trailer tonight so i can start evaluating it! hopefully I can bring it down! If not we will see what I can do. find out tommorow!

ok..I WILL have a trailer for that event...so Im willing to drive down and rope off an area and perhaps even can go steal steves "HERCULES" megapimpalicious canopy to setup THE ZONE!!
If worse comes to worse..and someone is indeed camping out there the whole week from wed...I might leave the trailer to save the spot.

I think all the space is occupied thurs morn if it is a problem i would stay over the weds night and play security guard.
Cool I'll look up scooter on weds night TNT how many of us is there for sure how many spots do we need. I have two 10x10 kawi tents and my enclosed trailer I think John is going Dean would know better that would be way cool to have a zx12zone and zrx Dean of course to lead the way.

There is a regular test-n-tune on wed 6 nov. There is also a t-n-t on thursday for the prostar event. It costs $15 for wed and $100 for thursday t-n-t at least that's what it was last year.

I'll be there for Wed TNT & most likely Thurs as well. I'm happy to use my trailer to rope off an area, but I imagine it will have to be on the periphery- Prostar is pretty picky about where folks set up, and Pro/Street ET is low class on the totem pole.
I talked to John Upthegrove (you know John, right Wayne?) last night, and he is willing to have a small group at his new house in Keystone Heights, about 30 min East of the track. John's got quite a spread - frickin' Ponderosa. Harry can be Hoss
BTW- no 165 last night  But the head gasket held. First pass had too much timing taken out (-16) and it fell on its face early in the ramp - 9.28 @ 157, then I went to -12 and it felt much better, 8.95 @ 160, the last run I was on a wicked pass; 1.50 - 3.90 short times, then had to lift from a wheelie and ran a 8.94 @ 159. Me like nitrous.

Nothing specific yet. I'm pretty sure John will be at TNT both Wed nite and Thurs, so we can figure something out then. Whenever is best for people I guess - maybe Saturday night, after we've had a chance to make a few passes, and the Pro qualifying is done.

That is what I was thinking also, hopefully we can get an area roped off and all be in the same spot that would be easier to make plans. If you talk to John tell him thanks we will be invadeing his privacy haha. We should get some riding on the street in also while we are all in the same nieghbourhood.
