Why doesn't he "Doug Meyer" go into business for himself ?? He could make TONS of money with the knowledge and experience he has.....

maybe that would take the fun out of it.
i know for me i love helping someone figure out a bike or car and make it work nice. but haveing to do it 10 to 12 hrs a day with the others you can not tell go away may not be fun. i am a electrician at a very big sawmill. i only help close friends with their house electric. i do not mix them much even then they do all the hate you stuff like putting holes in wall for box or floor. i do the scary stuff for them.i am not going to be that guy you bitch at for putting the box here and they wanted it there un less i can not help it.
i love getting things working good.

Been there. My own dealership for 12 years, then for Rob Muzzy for 11. Now I only work on what I want to work on when I want to work on it. "Tons of money?" Uh, no.

Hats off to you guys for a great mission. Most people would have been spectators after Fri morning.
You guys will remember this one for a long time.
The amazing thing is Karl had everything needed in stock!!!
I guess its good that it happened at the Texas Mile and not Loring, ME. That would have been a little tougher.

either doug or mm was going to write a story about the texas mile and the accomplishments of doug etc! i can't do it cuz I wasnt there (stuck at work  )
anyways... headin in to work yet again 
7 days a week thing is gettin kinda old now
