Speedo healer>>>
Do I need one or not...My ZX12R 02 with 17/52 gearing....Seems like the speed ometer is reading high...Is there a plug an play model to get????What one shoud I get....Theres one for sale in the classifieds but don`t know if it will work in my bike...

Yes...it is reading way high. In fact, in some cases this can limit your trap speed if it hits the speed limiter early due to error.
I use a Speedohealer on the 14, they probably make one for the 12...

Has anyone pulled one of these apart? Would be nice and much cheaper to build your own. Cant be much to them.

Thanks Shane...Thats probably been my problems with low mph in the 1/4....This is the one I found,Cal-Sportbike/ Sagle ID......#SH-V3 AND SA-K02, $121.99 Total for both and it`s a plug and play deal....They said they are selling like hot cakes, I had to order ahead to have one saved for me when their shipment comes in....
