Removing Swingarm Bearings and Wheel Bearings?
This looks to be a PITA due to the sleeve between the bearings. Any tips or suggestions?
Getting the first side out looks to be a challenge...

shane,
similar to what gixxre750 says, insert a long drift or big screw driver and pry the sleeve/spacer to the side a bit. That will expose enough of the bearing to tap-tap-tap it out.
replace the bearings after removal in that shade-tree fashion
those bearings are about $10-12 ea at a bearing supply house, easily available

I am a little worried about slipping off and bashing the aluminum arm (Especially after I just dropped nearly $800 in it). I'm tempted skip the powdercoat and just paint it. Getting the edge of those needle bearings looks risky.

Another easy way I found to do it...pay a local guy $20.
