Nobody makes a sidewinder for the ZRX anymore and getting someone to sell theirs is damn near impossible. I got it as low as it will go without doing frame work. It's still my street bike so neither are an option. I'll get it in the 9.10's yet then put the wet kit back on and join the 8 second club.

Have Murray build one........

Beautiful specimen of a great bike!
Nice parts... I had JE coat my turbo pistons too... they really are pieces of art.

Here's a so so picture with Brock's meg. The bike took Bike of the Month for March on the ZRXOA board. With this exhaust I can drop is as far as I want. The oil pan now hangs lower but the ZRX frame will only allow you to go so far before the forks and rear tire bottom out.

Teddy, I notcied that the bike sits a little high. Is that for street clearance, or is there a clearance issue with the front tire/radiator?

Front end isn't pulled down in the picture. With the front end strapped I have about 4 1/2" of ground clearance. If I was still running dual shocks I could get it a little lower, but with the mono shock it's as low as I can go without the rear tire rubbing. I'm sure Dean can tell you it's hard to get these bikes as low as a 14 or Gixxer.

Looks great Ted. Without a sidewinder (or turbo) and a dry sump it's hard to get low.

This is at 3";

I have been watching this on the ZRXOA Board and with the tuning for the pipe he will make over 180 HP! A Little lower and the tuning he should drop .2 at the Strip! The HP he made was with Akra Tuning on the Carbs. Serious Good work!
