kaw 1000 fuel injection head switch to carbs
the head that's on my engine is fuel injection that are located behind the intake boots for the carbs.can this head still perform good after area where fuel injectors are removed and sealed closed. i think the engine is a csr 1000 1980-82

i'm just use to having carbs on my old school bikes z1-9,kz900 & ltd 1000.the engine i bought for 100.00 bucks i think it's cheaper just to put carbs then to buy new injectors or what ever else i may need to grt it to run correctly.

got ya. if you need a set of 28mm carbs for it lmk. i have a set with new intake boots(never opened) and lots of new jets, also never opened float bowl gaskets....project i never finished...

i checked kzrider.com. i could'nt find my year motor for the fuel injection motor on that site. kzt100ge or kz100ge. i did find my other motor ktz00ae it's a1979 mk II 93 hp!!!!!!!

Not a very hi-perf head, but it will work fine with carbs.

CSR' sweren't injected-- the 80 z1 classic was injected and then some of the gpz1100's

kzt00ge is the engine i.d. & it is a 80 z1 classic 90 hp.i found that info on kzrider.com
