I still cannot understand why you did what you did? The problem is not sitting Low as much as it is getting out of the Air Stream! Making the small tank and putting it elsewhere and getting rid of that Cover THEN you would be in business!!

I'm not sure Vincent, for drag racing getting a low center of gravity may be more important than a low wind resistance.

less wheelie, plus we "only" go about 140 to 165 mph... well some go faster....
woppi, maybe you could put a more rounded turn out on the end of the megaphone? does your foot get hot or is it just in the way of flow out of the pipe?

Maybe looks to me like you should move your foot pegs up to where you knee caps are right now....It`s not a laydown style chassis....My dragbikes are LOW ,but my legs aren`t all cramped up like your`s are....Might be something to look at....You would leave the line with your heels already on the pegs and toes used to balance at the starting line.....I`ve got long legs like your`s,and I would think it was a little cramped....JMO....
Paul....
ps,
By the way,,,bike looks sweeeet,LOW AND MEAN....Good job...

I understand getting LOW for the start, but over 100, Aero is Really a DRAG What I am getting at is the Location of the tank NOW! it could have been put in the tail section or designed for under him and he would have more room to lay down!

With just a Slight reconfigure of the tank it could go into the tail section as a top fill and you can lay down on the frame of the Bike which is what was done for the ZX14 that Velocity made for Bear!

I can see you NOW! The problem is, I can also see a LOT of the same in a few months after everybody sees what you did! Also with the tank between the rear frame rails it is pretty safe and some Gravity feed to bleed the lines!

I will not be jealous until you make a Tank / Frame Cover then I am MAD at you!
