Gearing
Yes, I know this has been covered a million times........, and this is a weird question coming from me.........
But what gear, and a quick stock motor is putting you guys at the top of 6th in the quarter on a dot tire........
and, if you are in top of 4th at 1/8th, can you get to the 1/4 mile..........?
Home track is 1000 ft, and a little loose......., so I am not sure if my gear is right......., running 16/51 now, with a low first gear. Thinking about goint 15/52, but not sure if that is too much.......

16-49 for me, 16-50 would put me at redline a few feet before the line.
In good air with ox fuel 16-49 would hit the limiter damn near right on at the line

Looks like 16/50 is going on the bike next.........
I shift at 11,700, and have a low first gear, so I should be good.........

I Wish I could use all 6 gears, but I have given up on that...........
But, I will try it soon..............., 52/16 or 53, doubt it makes it any faster........, what I gain, would be lost with the shift I think.........
