yep, i like to see the big end of the windsock when leaving the line.
come to Txas in Oct if you wanna see what the small end looks like
BTW: nice lil interview on Muzzy carbon can, eh?
(i think Muzzy says don't use CF cans for racing, but what do they know?)

I hope to see that windsock someday Karl, but hope to see ya'll back at Maxton even more-so.

In all seriousness though, that was absolutely no fault of Muzzy's whatsoever.
There's are no all carbon cans that should be used in any racing(at least imo), and least of all in LSR(as any manufacturer such as Muzzy will states). And Gary said he was aware of that and fine with the outcome as well(at 210mph who wouldn't be huh? - that was cool).
CF wrapped over metal would be fine, but alone it in no way can take the heat and/or (as we seen here) a backfire. I do want to say publicly that I have no disparraging words (or even knowledge actually) of any Muzzy PRODUCTS.
By the way, I "believe" that makes Gary the second fastest ZX12 Kawi to ever run at Maxton!?

I heard it gets busy for the streetbike challenge at Maxton, but that will not deter us. I was planning on going by myself, but I think Entropy has the bug too! I was very happy and excited when he asked if I wanted to go back in Sept. I think I just need a couple runs and then hang out talk to people and take pics. There are some real neat characters there, hope they show up again. Hope to see you and your wife there again as well, Todd.
