mtc lock up
any one know what mtc has to do to your clutch cover and release shaft when you send it in? on a zx12. i called mtc and asked them and they said they had to put a bearing in the cover. i told them i already had the baring and it just slides right in. they said i still needed to send it in with a $ 113 dollars and blew me off. just wondering whats up. its a 2 stage.

I believe they also cut it and extend it

the bearing they put in supports the outboard end of the puller shaft.
gotta have that bearing
and you gotta have a longer puller shaft

and they send you a new puller rod, and then machine the pressure plate......, and put hardened butttons on it, so it does not mess up the pressure plate.......

i got the bearing and longer rod. so i am just going to send the pressure plate. thanks guys

make sure the bearing is in there REAL good.
