I use adjustable bones, 2.14 blocks in the front, a short works shock, and a link pro.
Main thing is you want a good slow rebound, and no pogo, and as low to the ground as the rules allow. if 2" is the rule, get there. My kickstand is cut off at the little heel peg where you pull it down, that the spring catches on. Only way I could get lower is with a turbo. Brocks header is my lowest point, the linkage, about a 1/4 above that........, Koenig pan, WAY higher than that......
That looks like VH's bike.....

its not my bike ! pic found somewhere ! pic is to show what i mean !
point B is the bolt on the frame --- linkage
i have -- a brocks sidewinder, koenig oil pan, adj. bones, wilbers drag shock - stock length
what i want to know is ?? is it better to mount a short drag shock ? and the point A + B is horizontal ?? is this bad ???
or to use the adj. bones - to lower the bike as much as i can ??
thanks

Not sure on that one. I would use what you have, and get it REAL low, tune the shat out of the clutch, and let it rip.

Nox,
Will the link pro give more ground clearance over the stock linkage?
Did the link pro help your 60' much?

Get in touch with "LinkPro" over on psycho bike, I cannot post there, but we need him over on this site. He has a lot of info, and can explain things a lot better than I can. He is the one who builds them, and sells them directly to schnitz. Billet Proof Racing is his business name. His real name is Brian. Nice guy to deal with.
