Gear ratio affects it as well........

If you set it up correctly for your application, and dont have a ton of hp, ie HUGE motor, or turbo, it can be done. Ask Paul Stuart. I set up his clutch, and he loves it, and the stupid consistent times he runs with it as well.

It really does work EXCELLANT.....It's nice when you don't have to worry about wheel spin,and wheelies....Just have to worry about cutting a good light and hitting your shift points...

got one coat on it now, still needs some sanding and more paint, but im happy with it. dads beside mine to compare




another bonus is ill never have to worry about one of the gaskets leaking

So who is using a lock up on the street. Is it impossible to pull in the clutch at high speeds or any speeds if an emergency happens.

guys have been using lock ups on the street since they put turbos on z1 900s just set it up right and you will be ok. dont put too much weight on it. Nox can tell you the fine details

I run my 12 on the street with a lockup and it work and acts perfect...I don`t run heavy springs on the lockup so clutch pull isnt stiff at ANY speed...(NOX)...
I like it,JMO....
