I just like the A model(00, 01) ram air scoop better lots of other small differences
dont bother sliding the forks up, just get a $30 strap. pull it down for racing, let it go back to stock height for street. no need to unbolt anything.

Yup , I got the strap...Just don't need it for drag racing the way NOX has this lockup set...Tach. it up to 6500 and let the lever fly and away she goes1.4 60' footers..Unless I need to use it to lower it ...I have adjutable dog bones and they are allthe way out and thats as low as it goes, wassup wit dat...If I go any more on the spring I'll be bouncin like a pogo stick down the track.....I have a Gray spring I got from someone here...
Thanks...

Scott, I've following your thread on your motor build and looks like an interesting/fun ordeal..Can't wait till you turn the key...You did alot of cool procedures....I used to do that kind of stuff on my KZ's that I raced before I got into these ZX12's...Just looks like a pain in the ass to work on them...Keep up the good work bother...

yes, that will drop it down. i have a set of links that will lower a stock length bike 2 or 4 inches (muzzys are stock, 1.5, and 3 i think) the 4 inch setting and extensions made the tire rub the tail lol. im using the middle hole on muzzy links now. i plan on cutting my plastics and oil pan to go lower.
you cant wait for me to turn the key? you have no idea haha. i think about that damn bike 24 7 . i just keep telling myself, keep asking questions, learning tricks, and doing little things while its apart, and it all adds up to quicker times. its worth it. i will keep at it, thx for the complements. you know i want 8s

Paul the bike looks great and was very impressive at world finals. Talking with you there got me motivated to get my bike set up and running again. We got the new swingarm on the RC componets Daytona wheels, Galfer wave rotors front and rear. Working on the front end right now rebuilding a set of forks, this time doing the internal lowering. After that we will see what the funds look like and maybe do the motor too. Definetly liked your clutch setup might have to come up to Gainsville and have you set mine up too. I might just leave the motor alone and see how good I can do on stock motor and airshifter. I got your card so I prob give you a call soon with some questions. Thanks, Dennis
