Supercharge, or turbo literbike?
Another question which may sway another purchase decision...
The bike will be used mostly for street, some drag, and alot of moderatly twisty roads.
Which is more reliable, and suitable for my intended purposes?
Why?
I understand the concepts, design and mechanics of the 2.
I just don't have any experience with either on bikes, or the kits available.
so, what have you guys witnessed, experienced, and what do you think?
Thanks again...
Lyle

I have read more than one horror story about the supercharger kit, I would stay away. For what you want a turbo is definitely the way to go IMHO. -Dean

Tuning problems, lack of support, poor fit. I haven't seen it personally, but Kevin Cadby used the word 'nightmare'.

I'm sure its hard too start up a business with a new product but sometimes those start ups the first consumers end up being the "guinea pigs" IMHO
That was my perception and along with no references I passed on a kit.

Well, I have yet to see one supercharged machine at the 'strip or at Maxton....but I have seen many turbos go very fast in those venues. Read into that what you will...
