stator rotor. do i have to remove it to split the cases?
the title pretty much sums it up lol, i dont have the fancy kawi tool, and the manual says to remove it before i split the cases on my 12.... do i really have to? i cant see how it would affect anything...maybe a gasket? i dunno.....

You can take it to a Kawi shop and they will pull it for you if you plan on having it welded on.
