1983 GS Front End Setup
I'm wondering if anyone out there has put a new style front end on their GS 1100 or 1150. I want to put a radial mount front end on my GS drag bike. Has anyone done this,what year front end did you use, was it a simple bolt on or does it have to be modified. Any help would be great.

Why, it would be heavy compared to a light weight wheel and fork set up.......

I know that it will weight more but a new radial mount front end is only a couple hundred dollars

persistent bugger isnt he? good luck, though I did install a gixxer 750 front end onto a 83 GS750E though. took a bit of work and a special bushing. good luck!
