Actually you are right! Washington DC is not a State and we have no voting rights in Congress so we might as well be considered a Foreigh COuntry! Too bad we cannot get rid of the Dictator in a big white house

Bud DEE, remember, you are about the "ONLY" Person I know "OLDER" than me going fast! in 2 months I will be 64 and the air around people in their 60's going fast on Motorcycles is getting farily clear!
