You mean adding weight to the front to keep the front end down?

Why would you want to add weight?? Play with the rear shock setting till you get it right, that way your not adding weight and the bike does not have to push the extra weight. For every 5 pounds you losses in weight is equal to 1 HP. So make the bike lighter and work with the shock.
I know that Coby Adams will rework a stock shock for $300.
Also are you hitting the NOS right off the line???
If you really want to add weight to the front end, there is a company that sell heavy front brake rotors that weight like 50 LBS for the pair. Not sure who it is, but one of the local street racers here uses them for his street racing.

I think the bike may tend to come up on him down track. He is the lightest rider I know. What about a progressive controller?

you dont want heavy rotors, stay away from adding rotating mass. i cant remember the name, but you gan get frame slider like attachments that go on/thru the front axle of a lot of bikes, maybe something like this with lead weights instead of the sliders would work
