If it was me, I don't think I would go over 60 HP without internal modifications. I think the jets you have are .024 NOS and .028 fuel. Thats an 80 HP shot, so the maximum final percentage should be 70-75%. I believe the books say to retard 2 degrees for each 50HP, so try 3 degrees for a start. It will be a little safer and you probably won't notice the difference in 1 degree. You may want to use some higher octane fuel, also.
I had a sidewinder (Muzzy) and it seemed to make more power without the baffle. I didn't prove it on a dyno tho. If you like noise and the perception of power, take it out.

Without will get better mid-top end power, baffle in supposedly gets better low-mid power.
I prefer baffle out.
