staying quicker than a busa
I go to the track every now and then . I mostly ride my 04' zx12 on the street . I do alot of roll on racing from 1st & 2nd gear . I smoke the 1000's. I raced 2 busa's beat both of them but the 2nd busa was stock except a full muzzy system . And the race was to close for my comfort . I'm stretched 6", 2 down on the front sprocket and 2 up on the back sprocket , I have a p.c. lll and an ackrapovic full titanium system . With a stock busa giving me hell . I don't like it . That's why I am inquiring about the muzzy 1317 big bore kit . Talk to me fellows . My best time in the 1/4 was a 9.80 @ 143mph like I said I don't go much .

I have an '04 12 as well , basically the same mods. it runs 9.30's in the 1/4 @ 145-147mph.
Its just your riding ability's, practice practice, practice.

a 40 hp shot of dry will be cheaper , faster, easier to get, and more reliable.

The busa has a lower first and second gear than you do...............
and more torque down low.........
put it on the track and you will walk away.........
