Use the buttons on the PC to add 2 bar to low, mid and hi.
If that helps add 2 until it stops getting better.
If it makes is worst go 2 bars the other way.
sometimes this will show you the light.

I just had the new usb mapped the day prior.I'm using the map sensor I got from Y2KZX12R,I suspect it may be on it's way also from when he had it.Tuesday,I'll bring it over to my brother's garage and test the cranking psi.Why would it be measured cold cranking instead of when heated up?

We measured the compression pressure last night abnd somethings not right.
#1 255
#2 215
#3 240
#4 260
We then made sure the bike was at operating temps and got 255,225,240,and250
On the #3 sleeve we were able to get 240 after squirting oil in the cylinder.

My bad,I mistyped. The # 2 cylinder we got to 240 with oil.Next ,we brought the bike up to temp and retested where I got 225 while the motor was at 9 oclock.Started having battery issues at the end so that might have effected the readings.

I still think your ignition pick-up is out of spec.
Or you have gold in your oil.
Who did your crank?

Tom Falicon was the man for a long time, BUT these days I hear more bad than good coming out of there. Very bad situation. A shop is only as good as the machinist that work there.

Drove 2 1/2 hours to LV and pulled the bike off.Would not start! After tearing everything apart at the track,I had low voltage in the primary battery, shutting down the injectors. After doing all the comp. tests, I charged the secondary battery but not the primary.
Ok,whats gold in the engine that would wear?
What is the ignition sensor?Do you mean crank sensor?

Are you saying your bike had low hp because the battery was low?
When a bearing goes it looks like fine gold glitter in the oil.
Bigger pieces usually stay in the pan. Some people call it gold.
"I struck gold" mean engine hurt will bearing problems.
yes check the gap on the crank sensor.

I never knew the crank sensor was adjustable. I'll have to go back and see what the book calls for clearance.
Found my problem on why it would not run.Fuse was blown on pos.wire extention for charging. Here I thought I charged it all night long when in reality,I wasn't doing anything due to an open circuit.Fixed and bike starts right up.
I was doing the comp.test to see if there was an obvious as to why the hp was down.Y2KZX12R mentioned that it's possible I put a ring in upside down in that cylinder that was a little low.I don't suspect the the bearings are going because the power is staying steady and not dropping.Could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.

It's not really adjustable but I have somehow bent one during a rebuild.
After much checking I found that the gap was too large, just bent it closer and all was well.
